Understand from Bros in this forum that Grand Continental and Grand Blue Wave are under the same management and the gals sometimes switch between these two joints. So I believe the gals and services quality should be in par with Grand Blue Wave then.........it is worth trying at G. RM35 for use of facilities and good food is quite reasonable, BW charged RM20 for this but the food is no that appetizing. Understand from Samsters that we can still view "cat-walk" of these HC gals while they collect their booking from counter. I will do that next trip, only RM35 meh with good food.......normally I talk lunch at Hotel will cost me that much aredi.......GCH is nearer in term of driving distance compare with Lion and GBW.

NY, BW & Lion, my next trip will be GC then b'cos it is nearer. If cannot find a liking gal, paid up 35RM for the facilities and makan is also not that bad lah....

After scouring the forum for days, I had decided to take on this Grand Continental HC.

Mind you, it was my first time at a HC. Blur like sotong.

I nearly got my sprine / Spinal column 'dislocated' once I went for tradtional massage. The room had a ceiling horizontal bars for the massage girl to hold on while she uses her legs to step onto your back. Somehow I felt her full weight is on me at one instant and got nearly sprain on my back, lucky my spinal column is OK. So be cautious not to allow girl to step on your back in the process of what you called "effective" traditional massage. Hands rubbed will do, better play safe as not to end up incuring additional medical expenses, which is not parts and parcels of what cheongsters want.

Same as me, spinal not damage but back muscle got badly twisted, and this took me nearly a month to get it heals. Chinese Physician 's excuse chit is not valid hence still have to suffer in pain and carry on working............................next time ask to massage my small head will do.........................................hehehe
