When I look at the stats, I see thousands of starhub accounts connected at this very moment so they can't be blocking the site.

Am also facing the same problem for the past 2 weeks while using star hub, even using my iPad which is a M1 acc, but suddenly 2day I can use my iPad without any problem though.......anyone?

I honestly can't help. I've done everything I can possibly do from my end. I suggest you contact M1 and ask them to analyse the problem.
