The Pampangan local government which oversees Mabalacat, Angeles City & San Fernando has run out of funds. While they have sufficient reserves to finance the operational needs of the province and pay their employees..... it is not enough for contingency needs and X'mas bonuses unless the Central government infuses fresh funds.

Which means that the government employees have to source for their own Xmas funds. :rolleyes: Good luck to those bros in AC..... you are their saviours and Santa Clauses. :p

The Clearwater Resort is often fully booked on weekends as many filipino families from Manila treat it as a weekend getaway..... I've been there once and I observed that out of every 10 guests I see...... 9 of them are locals. :rolleyes:

Sorry, just to input on my kind observation. If you want to grab the hotties standard, a bit of looks and fat money is a plus points.

Now in Cebu and gosh the poverty level is frightening. Today just helped a SYT with her expenses. Of course she helped me with my expense too.
