I'm gonna just step in here before this gets ugly. I think RESPECT is the key here. No matter how you see them - whores or ladies - they are still persons who deserves respect. If a lady switched from FL to ML, then respect their decision. If they offer services not on paper, then it's also their decision. A lot of times, what can happen depends on chemistry and whether the ML allows it or not. Just because she was previously an FL doesn't mean she wants to fuck you now. And people need to respect that decision.
