Also got one at big unit and is considered cut above the rest, went with a friend to explore after recommending to him and before my friend can go in, one ahpek chiong in already. The ah peks can really form a line outside. On a busy day u can see her doors always close once she open the enxt person go in. I seen ppl from 17 to 70 monitoring the unit waiting for an opening.

I come by to PPC now and then to run errands.

Here are my go to places on level 2 and the MLs are friendlier and younger, around 30s to early 30s.

L2:
Xin Bao 2-16
Bao Tan** 2-60
Hi with roaming $30, ML didn't bother to quote nor look at how much I tipped.

I prefer the one just two units away from a fairly nice dessert place.

ML with short hair is super nice, friendly.

Entry rates are PPC rates. So far they offer only sensual HJ, can always tell them you want a longer sensual HJ session and they can also do HDLY.

Roaming is also an option and rates are super super friendly.

Please don't ask me for their contacts as they have asked not to share. Rates are already super friendly with solid massage.
