Actually the doubt includes a heavy dose of sarcasm haha. If you can read in between the lines, MLG88's Webmaster already posted a few posts telling us that he/they don't care also. They can just make a brand new account, post 1 post, then make another new account. People zap, they just make a new account and restart with 20 points and 1 post count. Some examples below:

Posting MRs got pros and cons lah. Posting MRs for MLs who I regularly patronize incurs a lot of cons. Post MR already, they sometimes can guess which customer it is, because some bros here will go show them your MR and translate.
