Yes I think it is. There was a KTV next to it, and the spa is just next to it also, very spacious. They got good massage, with nice hot pools. But cost is similiar compare to Sg, which I think is on the high side.

That KTV used to be the most IN place for ppl to go, with a restaurant next to it also. The restaruant still open, but as for the KTV, i duno. The spa is just next to it to the right side.

The IN KTV now is Sands, Classic is a smaller one. But, heard, there is another Nightclub opening at the end of this year which is 2times the size of Sands.

That Thai restaruant is not on the ground floor lah, I think was at the 2nd floor. Food was good, but very few ppl leh, duno how they can survive. Ground floor was a Korean restaruant, which food was only so so, maybe I dun like Kimchi, :)
