I found them after searching quite a while at a small stall in a secluded lane in GZ for 12rmb or $2.50 a pc. only up to XL size.

All available manpower is being mobilised for the Elections...... that's the main priority and focus of the PNP now.....crime prevention has taken a backseat.
Even staff normally on indoor duties has been tasked for ED.

These 2 lady cops normally work indoors.... one is a radio operator and the other is drill instructor. Both have been assigned duties as shotgun escorts for the ballot boxes.

Yea... she may only be a lance corporal but she is in charge of the women's recruits in Camp Crane. :) Btw, she was also the National Arnis ladies champion for 2011.
