The point being that there used to have some enforcement that since it is ML, the lady must at least know how to massage proper. The old Winnie the Pooh's friend website does that in the older times, with the massage services stated needs to be performed.

Now, QC is bad, partly fault of websites and partly due to our own letting go attitude.

That said, the items on the ad are generic, take with a pinch, if the ML can massage then bonus and if you are looking for good massage then aim that few. Else, just live with it, everyone's expectations are different anyway.
