This may come a little late, but for those who're going to be in Japan for a few weeks and are dying for some action, yet cannot afford the sky-high prices for Japanese girls, you have the PRC alternative.

I was in Tokyo last year and made it a point to try the coffin-style hotels. Can't remember what these things are called now. There's one that's well-known for its Roman baths, and it's located at the Omori area. It's about a 5-10-minute walk away from the JR Omori Station, and along the road where this hotel stands are at least two PRC joints. In fact, one of them is just next door. The other is at the start of the road and sort of diagonally opposite the hotel.

I can't recall the exact prices now, but I know you can have full service for a couple of hundred S$.
