Visited this ML twice, click quite well with me. Allow me to relate my experience and deductions.

Yes it is a scam, or more accurately, a deception. Those who are not real bbbj providers will:-
1. Say got mouth ulcers , so cannot do, maybe next time.
2. If must do, will sometimes use some stupid plastic bag (like sandwich bag) to blow. Feels like crap.
3. If must do, some use condoms, then wipe off oil, then blow a bit, then spit, then blow a bit, then wipe, then blow a bit, then spit... Sian

Red flag words in advertisement - "capped" - avoid or you will get the above.

Also always confirm services through sms. Use words like 无套口暴. This should help prevent deception.
