When the industry is lucrative/profitable, everyone will want to squeeze in and have a slice of the pie..

The market will eventually be diluted and those "average" ones will find it hard to make a decent income compared to what they are getting back home..

Not too sure, just during casual conversation with the JS girls, like Summer, TX and gang. Back home, they actually need not work so hard, as lodging, food etc is more affordable. They have bosses that will look after them, but here it is survival on their own in a unknown world with middlemen trying to scrape every last penny from them. They have to work their ass off daily in order to survive, at least for the beginning to pay off. But most of them do not have that kind of determination. it is only tapered off once they have a steady stream of customers.

They also realised too many girls here and very competitive. As human, they will look up to successful examples and those successful examples will usually not share about bad experiences too much back home. You know chinese always like to brag a little.

I also felt there is a huge surge of girls because I cannot simply try them all lol:D
