I am certainly liking the current glut of supply coz it's to our advantage. Recall late last year and early this year many MLs providing basic services with average looks are pushing their rates to the $120s. Nowadays, many are going at $100 and the services are more "complete". Only a handful can carry on their $120 asking price. The more MLs fighting for a piece of the pie the more they need to up their game, do more, slack less. Currently is quite cut-throat environment for many of them, getting accommodations is challenging enough, let alone attracting customers.
It's a customer market at the moment and we should enjoy it to the max..until the situation normalizes..when the gals who can't cut it here go home and news spread to their shore that it's not so easy to earn big $$$ at the moment and the supplyline slows down.
It's a cycle, we are at the upswing phase, take full advantage while it lasts 🍻 |
