Touched down sg at around 5.30 pm via Tiger Air. Picked up by Devera driver to Devera Hotel as i had prebooked airport transfer weeks ago.

Saw my beloved receptionist and finally got to know what's her name. She's still that pretty and attractive as usual.

Went to change money opposite the friendship terminal, rate SGD 1.00 = Php 34.6. After that had a quick bite at chowking.

Field ave was still packed with tourist, fls, lbs, beggers & !@#$% seller.
Walking street was less crowded compared to my previous few trips.

Yes indeed there are some policeman/officers in uniforms to be seen around the area. I counted there are total of 5 officer from outside ponytail to the end of walking street. There might be some inside the bars, for that i do not have any idea.

However, party are as usual. Bars can be seen filled with people at 10pm at Dollhouse,Alantis & Butterfly Rock. (I went to these 3 bars during the night only)

Please note that there are still barfining system in Atlantis as my friend just barfined 1 at 3,000 peso yestersday, the money was paid to the waiterss and the girl went upstair to change and join us back in the bar itself 15mins later.

But waiteress did mentioned not to speak too loudly as it is very sensitive right now. White tag is at 2,000, Green tage at 3,000. Girl have the rights to reject.

Ok, back to me. I did really slept alone last night T.T

Yestersday night was kinda busy catching up with my PH shifu as he touched down AC the same day as well. We had a good time together and it is worth it.

**** at 3.30am as i am still unable to sleep, i called for an inhouse massage and got a pretty SYT. No happy ending though but we chated during the session while she was singing my favorite westlife songs. I had my music playing through the TV via the usb i had prepared. Her voice was really good and kinda sweet. Her name was Shane from Merlin Massage. Damage = Php 300 for massage Php 100 for tips.

I need to release today !!!!!!!!

300p inhouse massage is cheap! most of the even visited onsite is 350 or 400p onwards. devera... was she Gem?? :D

how u guys going to php manage to get past the 10k limits? on my 1st trip to clark, i was ask to show how much i was carrying ( which of course exceed 10k php). lucky action abit of difficult to take out $ n a whole group pp were comin in to check bags, he let me pass.

going to mine 2nd trip soon, how can 10k be enough if wan to cheong? pay food, hotel sure gone ( especially hotel), example 5 days. u guys use credit card ah?

Dont even have to change a single cent in sg.bring plenty of sgd,once pass thru the custom at least 3 money changer right before u exit the airport who appreciate your sgd.

Why do you want to take the risk of carrying cash to a lawless country?
Do what many of the seasoned visitors do...... WU to yourself the money :D
Just carry a minimum sum sufficient for your travel expenses and then withdraw your money in the PI from WU.

Excellent advise. Or if you have Citibank or Maybank ATM card, then you can draw money in Pi at good rates.

ok i go there change..........ermmmmmm but lets say i carry 500 sgd, isnt that consider already exceed the 10k php limit? assuming 100sgd to 3k php, when i show the 500sgd still can pass ah?

most people wouldn't want to waste the money on the low exchange rates and transfer fees...

yes I'd do the Maybank ATM... though you need to be sure to check ur withdrawal limit... I had trouble taking more than 10k peso the last time...

only problem with using the Maybank ATM, is the only one I know of was on MacArthur highway so is a bit of a walk...
not sure of the charges if you use a non Maybank ATM
(Maybank ATMs have no other charges)

and same as with other countries need to declare if bringing in more than 10k USD equivalent

as explained, 10k peso, in peso, and 10k usd equivalent is the limit

if you withdraw in local atms they charge 300 peso something per withdrawal and another 5$ .. so plan B withdraw maximum per withdrawal ... 10,000 peso

use card to pay hotel so you can limit cash withdrawals.

and if you have leftover when leaving, put the excess in check in luggage and act blur .....

that worked for me always ...

I know some people WU themselves .. though being seen outside a WU is not good for health .. in my opinion

even the dumbest criminal knows WU=money collection = potential target

if you use non May back ATMs there is a 200 peso plus 5 $ charge ... worth it if the ATM you use is not being watched ... I.e in mall or hotel (ABC hotel)

max is 10k per withdrawal so make Max withdrawal
