anybody: well, there are a lot of outcall, almost every taxi driver is an outcall specialists, but with my little experience, 9 out of 10 outcall turn up with bodyguard and demand you pay up first

one time, arranged an outcall, for 6,000, the body guard AND mama walked into room, with 2 girls, and made them comfortable .. I almost shock myself t death .. paid them cancellation of 2000 peso and quitely called up my regular contacts, and went out for a night in MBC, picked one for 2,000, and paid my 'escort' 2,000 and still was happier ..

PS: when I call my 'friends' I insist they take taxi, or their 9 AM meeting can become 5 pm or later, and generally, filipino very loathe to loosing money . ... so the thought of 2,000 pocket money outweighs the need to tell the truth, and say "baby, wait .. I am on the way .. " and then blame on traffic ..

BTW, for those who prefer outcall, a lesson in Philippine law: the 'buyer' became accused as the organiser .. (as the cops tend to quickly paint the buyer as the pimp/procurer/trafficker ...and even drugs - buyers have been setup as dealers)

Eight foreign students from Nigeria were arrested Wednesday night for allegedly engaging in a sex trade involving female minors in Manila.

Director Samuel Pagdilao, head of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), said the foreigners were arrested inside a hotel in Manila.

The arrested Nigerians were identified as:

Lucky Nelson, 24;
Dumalo Gbue, 25;
Yerebbari Neemana, 29;
Owki Baknanawe, 29;
Sundah Korobriowei Mathew, 29;
Gabriel Tekena, 28;
Worlo Enyi, 25;
Mark Jack, 24;

Authorities learned about the suspects' illegal activities after receiving an e-mail complaint from the mother of one of the minors.

"The [minors] were being sold to the suspects for sexual services at the... hotel. The complainant also sought the assistance of CIDG for the rescue of her daughter," Pagdilao said in a statement.

In a rescue operation about 10 p.m. of Wednesday, CIDG operatives saw a certain Emma Cruz, believed to be the minors' "handler," negotiating with the Nigerians outside the hotel. Police said the victims were being peddled to the suspect for P1,500 each.

Authorities then arrested the Nigerians after the complainant-mother, who went along with the CIDG operatives, recognized one of the minors being "sold" as her 14-year-old daughter.

But the alleged "handler" eluded arrest, Pagdilao said.

Charges for violation of the Anti-violence Against Women and Children Law and the Anti-human Trafficking in Person Law are being prepared against the suspects, he added.

Pagdilao lauded the CIDG's "Project ANgel Net," a police campaign introduced by the CIDG to prevent children from becoming victims of cyber sex, cyber pornography, and other trafficking and sex trade-related abuses. — RSJ, GMA News

ortigas is halfway between quezon ave. and makati. your pick, but i'd rather go quezon. classmate is quite expensive, but always a good bet :)

if you want cheaper clubs, cubao is also nearby. my pinoy friend brought me to this place called khuya before, found a gem who look like one of their local celebrities. the area is not for unaccompanied/uninitiated foreigners though.

salcedo is quite dead for pick ups, but there are some massage places where you can get full service like phoenix or the others along pasay road (a. arnaiz)

just take a cab la, it's not that bad, as long as you ensure the cabby driver turns on the meter --> say Manila Bay Cafe or LA Cafe if the cabbie blur. Then go and enjoy the game. It's worth a look even if you're not keen to pick anyone up.

Come back don't take cab from outside.
Walk out a few meters from the pub and then flag a cab.
The ones outside will refuse to on meter or have the meter running.
make sure its 40p when you start..

If you want quickie then go nearby budget chain hotels..
They wont stay the night anyway unless they are working in the city and want to work for a place to sleep LOL..

or ask security of MBC to flag a cab. They know the cabs queuing are out to scam the customers, and don't like the taxis waiting ..

I was once stopping a cab, a guy came running, opened the door, and said "200 peso sir" - I said "for what", his quick answer "I chartered the cab for you no" and started in taglish to the girl near me and before she could answer, I told the idiot to shut up, and he can get lost, pushed the girl into the cab and asked the driver to move it ..

As much as possible, avoid walking away from MBC, as I fee the comfort zone is lost once you are into the darkened alleys ..

Well, most of the time in MBC, one of the staff normally comes down with me to put me in the cab, so I didn't have many sour encounters there ..

I am not sure MBC security would want a conflict with these taxi after all they have nothing to gain. I normally stand outside and just say, waiting for driver and then jump into a pasing cab.

bro anybody - your hotel is located in the cbd, and there's absolutely zero chance of pickups. best go to Eustacia along Pasay Rd (since bro etsys just said Px1 got raided) or PDP near Kalayaan. these places have aquariums, so you can take your pic among at least a dozen girls. if you don't see anything you like, walk away. nothing wrong with that.

if you're looking for a companion for later on, as you said in your pm to me, better go to Eustacia during lunch or just after lunch. pick a girl, get her number, ask her to join you when she gets off work. this should be easy since you're a foreigner. with proper charm, the girls will literally be throwing themselves at you. you might even get a free fuck if you work it nicely.

just so you know, going for FJ in massage places like PDP is 1.5k to 2k, exclude room.

true that from experience, most cabbies in manila will try to squeeze as much $$ from you as they can. but i found that during my recent trip, they turn on the meter wihtout being asked. i ended up giving generous tips to the cabbies because i'm happy that they didn't try to weasel money away from me. curious.. maybe things are starting to get better over there..

The taxis are terrified of the makati police patrol and more then often, the cops stop the cab and check if the meter is on, if not FINE..

I can't say for the other places, and haven't been to Phil for the past 6 months .. and .. well, LTFRB may have tightened the checks..

well, that's true. the only places i been to early this month were clark and makati.the taxis issue a receipt though, so a welcome devt indeed. hopefully it will spread to other areas.

so to the bro asking about getting around makati, really no need to worry. any problems, just approach any of the traffic police of the city - i think they wear yellow. i hear those boys are straight - they'll issue tickets and won't take bribes. avoid the cops in blue though, totally diff story.

Just came back from MNL. A trip report to say thanks to all who I learn quite a bit through this forum.

On the first day, reach MNL at 0400hrs and reach hotel arund 0500hrs+. Dump my back in the hotel and need to go to the north for some business. By the time I came back hotel, it is already 1900hrs+. Hotel have no free Wi-Fi. Desperate liao, so go to MBC for the free Wi-Fi. I am too tired to pick up girls for that night. In MBC, actually have a few nice ones. But I am so tired that my dick can't even stand up. So I just check my email and download my office emails. After reading those office emails, my dick is totally dead. Thinking of what lies before me, I sianz alerady.

So I just sit there, drinking my coke in a daze. I am real tired from travelling and all the emails.

I told her that in Luzon standard, she is considered fair. I would even mistaken her for a Visayas girl. She then answered she is indeed born in Visayas but relocated to Laguna.

I am wondering, wah lau. I can't even compared to the least handsome man, why she is so interested in me. I also ask her from Laguna, travelling time to MNL may need 3hrs depending on traffic. She still want to come to meet me? She said no problem. I am baffled!

Next day I go to one of the southern province for a tour. When reach back to MNL, already 1600hrs+ liao. I then think, ok loh. SMS her and try my luck. Surprisingly she replied and will be in my room around 2000hrs.

I then decide to go to the nearby shopping mall.

Here I met a crazy lady who wanted to offer me massage girls. I said no. She followed all the way to the shopping mall. Then she turn angry and abusive and said wanted to do harm to me. She even push me. I was thinking of asking the security for help but I wonder how much do they trust me as a foreigner. It is her words against me. What if she said I molested her? Then I kena thrown into jail then I jialat. Then I said how much does she wants. She said P500. I just gave it to her and make her go away. I was upset by this incident and went back to the hotel without any shopping. So those old bird in MNL, please tell me what should I do in such a situation? :confused:

Back to the room, waiting for her to arrive. She arrive on time and I said I do not feel like having dinner. She said ok. She was dress quite nicely and did not show too much flesh. Obviously she took notice about what I said last night on the criterias I look in girls.

We have a good session but not like some cheongster here that can do from night to morning. Our sex is not wild too. We spend most of the time talking instead. To me, good company is better than good sex sometimes. :D
