Makes economic sense. Why continue to pay rent when you don't know when, things would return to normal. Hope they are operating again when I am back to AC. I actually prefer Hiso to Hammer

So an expat based in Angeles did a vlog. Seems they wanna turn the place into a foodie spot.

At least 2 places reopened as food joints, with waitresses switched every 4 hours (we know why). But both got locked down, thank you to some super spy who sent video to City hall. showing girls with skirts at their hip, and bras missing.. and city was very quick to do a visit. And another place, city warned the placed will be closed if the waitresses don't wear long pants / skirt and dress as waitresses. And 4 door host not needed.
