No, i'm not fooled by the propaganda. I'm somewhat skeptical about covid overall but I just think it's amusing they still agreed to a vaccine with a purported "50%" rate of success. If you're making a business deal and the results are 50% you might as well just flip a coin.

I'm not sure what's fact or fiction but I agree that we should be very wary of what they are producing as "vaccines" right now. The current situation benefits the elites (the top .0001%) greatly as they have total control over every sector of society while the financial markets are soaring. They have freedom of travel with personal jets and exclusive immigration access but the normal people don't. This is a return to pre <1940s global conditions when global access and travel was for the elite and out of reach for most common people.

This is straying far from the topic but I don't trust how the elites have structured this "brave new world" at all based on covid.

Just google "great reset" and what some of the underlying plans are for the world.

I stopped by Baccara, Q bar, and Shooterz last night around 6pm.

Q bar:

They were having some kind of expat party in here and had a big pizza and lots of people taking up most of the bar. When I came in the waitress was extremely rude and said something like "what do you want?" When I answered her she said "what?" again and again. I asked to see the manager here who was a short bespectacled American sounding guy. He apologized and I told him his waitress was being rude. The waitress started to become really apologetic right then as well when she realized I was talking to the manager. I told him I had a wolfpack card and that this was ridiculous and just walked right out.

I have no idea what's going on in Q bar but the waitress was being a total bitch.

Shooterz:

When I went in there were some girls on stage and they all looked 100% disinterested and bored when they saw me walk in. Some left the stage and went to do other things. I don't look like a mainland Chinese person but when I dress a certain way i'm easily mistaken as pinoy.

One waitress came and attended to me but upon further conversation I figured out that POGO employees in Angeles are more prominent than before. I'm not sure where they stay in Angeles but apparently there are quite a few with money. The girls don't like the Mainland Chinese guys and that's why there is some hostility towards even mentioning you are ethnic Chinese now. Keep this in mind..this is why the whole Garfield bar "No Chinese" thing set off red flags for me. Some bros tried to tell me this was about the military but i'm detecting there is some ethnic tension here being directed towards anyone who is ethnic Chinese.

Baccara:

I went here again for their nude show and when I sat down at the first floor a big pinoy bouncer said something (in a rude tone) to me. I wasn't sure what exactly he said but the waitress said he thought I was pinoy. Then she asked if I was Chinese. :rolleyes: I said no and explained that I barfined a girl here before recently. They were fine after that. I saw the Korean manager running around looking worried the whole time.

There are still lots of attractive girls here in this club and most of the customers seemed to be regulars who camp out on the 2nd level. The problem i've been having here is that when I ask the girls if they do long or short time it is almost always ST as the response. I think even though there are more attractive girls on the menu the service level has not overall improved.


I ended up taking one of the naked dancers on level 2 there with very big breasts. She wore one of the worst outfits i've ever seen (sports jersey) when I BF'd her out. Overall her service wasn't bad but when I was dozing off she made an excuse to leave. At that point I let her go since I also was trying to sleep.

I met up with the girl I know in level 3 again. I have an entire list of her friends who she says are good and won't disappoint. I'll run through them and I have no reason to doubt this girl since i've known here for quite awhile and have gone through her before for other contacts.

Can confirm it's open. The girl I was with today from Level 3 told me there are many Chinese there now and not so many other nationalities. I still don't know where these Chinese are..I only see old western expats and a few small single or small groups of Koreans here and there.

The girls keep telling me there are a lot of Chinese in Angeles but i'm not seeing them. :confused:

Although I did see small groups of Koreans today walking up and down walking street for the first time since i've arrived here.

Walking street was very lively today with quite a few different people walking around but business in bars is still not so good overall.

I talked with the bouncer I know at XS and he said it's real slow still.

Chinese or PRCs?
You will find it hard to find chinese from Singapore, Malaysia, HK etc at this moment due to the travel restrictions.
But PRCs are plenty of them as they are brought in by the chinese companies that are doing the construction projects on the South China Sea islands. There are thousands of them and they are deployed to the islands on rotation and those not working are housed in Clark Freeport dormitories. A mini chinatown has sprouted inside Clark with several china shops and foodstalls.
You can also find PRCs in large numbers along MacArthur Highway near the bridge where there have several chinese makan shops.
Another place where these PRCs frequent are the casinos.

Yes obviously mainland Chinese (CCP) is what I mean.

I really haven't seen them around walking street at all. The girls say they do show up from time to time spending big. I'm guessing they show up in the form of minivan/tour buses at certain times of the week. I also don't gamble so I don't know what the scene is like the casino.

I'm also not "searching" for "China chinese" but making note of what the girls are telling me.

f you want to do your own trip reports and you feel you can do a better job here then feel free to come...I would actually be more than happy to have another person in Angeles doing reports.

You cannot fully put the blame on the PI.... the main problem is there is not enough test kits in the country. And with every country demanding that travellers are tested before flying into their countries.... where to find the kits to do the testing when there is a nation wide shortage?

The doctors can only compromise and do to the best of their ability.... if the patient is insistent on obtaining a test result then no choice but to do a "verbal" Q&A for a paper testing. No big deal as the patient will still be required to do a quarantine and PCR test on arrival at his destination country.
