Tried both, and below are my opinion
Location
Vicky is East side, Mint is Central. Plenty of parking near their place.
Mint place has security guard.
Both stay alone.
No MRT near them

Looks:
Both are SYT, but Vicky is chio-er imo.

Massage
Massage wise both also very good, however Mint knows JG.

GFE
