Think everyone has their own POV whether the $10 is worth or not. And there’s no right or wrong.

For me, I still try to support only $120 Category.

Reason being, if those useless vanillas start thinking that since $130, other MLs are still getting fully booked, they should be $130 as well. Then all of them will start increase to $130.

Then those OG $130 will say, hey, I’m better than them, so I should increase to $140!

And so on and so forth.

Inevitable yes, but I’m not supporting it.

Note that in Police/AV raids in the present day, one of gheir chief objectives is targeting the individual who leases the apartment. The MLs will be used as witnesses against them for prosecution. It’s true. This is a short career for them and within this period definitely they have to make money to hopefully last them at least 5-10 years down the road with a house.

Some bros are asking for better service ask them work harder for the additional 10-20 bucks. When you are working do you put in so much effort at work yourself.. it’s the same right, this is marathon leh… not 1-2 mths thing they have to endure getting groped by uncles by fat guys they don’t like. You think everyone Andy Lau they like to do this job if it isn’t for the money meh? 20k a mth profit for them is nothing la. It’s such a short career, give them 2 years 400k. What can 400k do in todays market really nothing much leh.

Recent few years the rental prices shot up the most, their daily rental for a room is really in the 200s. That’s 6k a mth, add in permit cost and advertisement easily 10k expenses. 120/130 is really cheap already la. Need to work like a dog already.

This is an expensive hobby, if cannot afford just cut down or don’t go lor. Better to put the effort trying to earn more money yourself and improve yourself la. As with all hobbies the money spent you should not have to think about it. This is a place to relief your stress not add stress to yourself.


Prices if market really can’t absorb they won’t increase price la and they won’t reduce the services. A lot of rich folks out there, just like you see property sales and coe prices, keeps going up so many rich people around. Don’t need to worry they don’t have customer man due to price increase. They just don’t need you or me.

Got so jialat meh… I visited her like 1-2 months ago I got an appointment on the same day, although caveat is it was a weekend and I had the whole afternoon free so more flexibility to choose the time I want and she can. Prior to that yes I did not manage to find a suitable time a few times.
This period is usually less busy for them actually those with family and kids may be traveling. Typically school holiday periods and public holidays are no good for them. And choose weekends for better chance.
