Totally correct.
Their passport is confiscated and issued the stupid white card(technically a piece of paper).
With that, MW allow them to stay there.

If my memory serves me, even a couple of those popular JS/CZ girls (like NX, LN) works and stay at MW for a while before they went back after they are caught.

I would say is very safe. A won't raid you 2nd time. They got better thing to do. Those MLs that was caught. If was given a WC to stay, usually will do business quite open. Not like last time scare this and that. But maybe election coming, thing may change. Ahah. Who know.
