Recently I had a sugar who are in the 70kg category and she still don't look very chubby.

So with your height, 65kg is still pretty much normal range.

Some girls who are heavy but their body is very well tone if they gym often. So the weights from the muscles and glutes do add up a bit.

But this make them more curvy, right? ;)

With your stats alone without any pics,

Appearance wise might not even subject to look chubby or BBW.

Maybe you are just big boned to begin with ?

I think some already mentioned is hard to validate, furthermore one's meat another's poison. Can give the stats but sometimes body fat allocation can be on any part of the body so yeah...and also some said could be bone density also...

So all in all there is no 100% definition (maybe if you fall on the higher risk scale of BMI, maybe?) so just you do you.
