Hi, I have a lady friend who wants to visit singapore as tourist.

1. Can I help her apply via SAVE on this website (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/save) using Individual Visa Application?
2. Is it mandatory that her bank account must have a fixed amount of funds then she is allowed to travel?

she actually can apply herself. tourist no need people apply for her. bank account amount would help.

want to travel as tourist just come in normally. best is have accomodation record ready. and "show money" i.e. money for holiday etc. and return ticket.
