The rural folks are still outnumber Suthep's yellow shirts ...... just an estimation by the Army generals there is about 1 million "underground" migrants in Bangkok City alone that can be activated by the red shirts. That is probably why the army is reluctant to intervene as they do not have enough troops to face 1 million red shirts.
