5. Point 1 would be hard. It wont be just a single coffee table meeting IMO. Not from my POV. Wife would need several sessions - she likes the guy, she is hungry for sex (goes with her monthly hormones!), she has time to do all these things (we have 2 kids!), .. etc.

As stated I think it may appeal to a very small segment. Definitely a cuckold segment - which is probably 1%.
We are already engaged with a young lover many years her age that is on/off right now. And this TS is right -- sex is sex but if you want to take it to the next level - the high is the 'feeling' of it all, not just the sex, and having raw sex (which is risky! Hence .. trust).
