Dear bros

Based on my points and reputation , how many can I return back the favour ?
Can any bros helped in on this system understanding ?
Lastly, to up other bros points, just need click the top hand corner of the bro post, right? If yes, seem like I can also up 1 time, but not sure how to choose how many points.
