In the same neighborhood as Olympic Hotel, I like Sparks hotel. I notice that the KAHA travel desks you can book the Sparks Hotel for 265K a night, which is almost 40% cheaper than what I usually pay for it ($40). Note this KAHA price is available to foreigners.
