I used Waze to navigate around. Google map as a back up only. But these maps only bring you to the named streets, not quite to the numbers itself.

You didn't visit the cafes on Vinh Vien just round the corner from the Su Van Hanh ones you wen to? Mi Fa in particular is (for my money) the best in that area, particulary from about 3pm to 6pm. The girls change shifts there at 4pm so if you arrive at about 3pm and stay 2 hrs, you can get to see all the girls that work there. To me, 009 is not really worth a visit. Even 173 is not a favorite.
Waze is a cool app. Google just copied its style and added it into the Google Maps app as a beta feature.
