As I said before, there is only 1 hotel I know in Manila that is run by some Christian family that pulls silly stunts like 'no unmarried couple .. etc'
All other hotels don't care, and at the minimum, they may record the girl's details and sometimes, will hold the girl when they depart, and get you to confirm she can go.
The 'visitor' rule applies if you booked for twin occupancy and there are 4 girls in your room. So after 10 PM, 2 girl are considered extra occupant, and when check out, the hotel may ask you to top up - and once the receptionist was a bit too loud for my liking - "sir, you had an extra girl in your room, you have to pay 500 peso" and the Japanese guy near me winked
