I currently Cheong in Jakarta and Thailand, and i can usually find a couple girls like these (not common but can find them!), which cost around $150-300 SGD for a night of fun with them. I"m willing to pay for quality, but don't want to visit here if you cannot find this type of gal at all. Thanks for your advice!
