When u going back to sg, the custom officer may want tip from you just ignore them.
My last trip, the custom office only want to see my wallet when he saw my money ask me for tip.

Return back u will have higher chance to encounter them wanting money. If u in group,slip some pesos in your passport and go thru as a group. Don't let him have chance to size u all up 1 by 1. At inside scan handcarry luggage there also have 1 more round of these corrupt officers. Or alternatively u can risk and just walk past them briskly once u see them 'checking' another traveller.
