It is not pork ribs. Bun Cha is a plate of rice noodle (thick bee hoon) serve with a bowl of grill pork in a cold broth. The grill pork in some shop are more like pork ball with interior mince meat.
The broth is sweet and sour, and also it has the unique taste of fish sauce.
Bun Cha is often serve with a plate with raw vegetables.
Perhaps the authentic Bun Cha are in the northern Vietnam.
