this is what I said:
Almost all of the customers in the outlying shops are locals, many of who refuse to use condoms and who mistreat the girls. The incidence of disease including HIV is higher as you move further from the city in an attempt to save $5. And, if there are no pretty girls in the cheap venue you will have wasted a significant part of your day.
Keep in mind that the best looking girls all travel to where they can make the most money and this means the central D1 area.
