Ermmmm actually no need cause T5 is located at a different land parcel area totally out of the existing T1 to T4 zones, the aprons are specific to each terminal only so nothing is changed
what they are going to do is that they will improve & extend the existing military runway to be the 3rd runway first then extend it to join the taxiways for the other 2 existing runways, after that they may then conduct improvement works on the existing 2 runways during off-peak hours in the night but there will be no closures of those runways
The existing 2 runways can never be closed as almost 1 airplane take off or land every 2 to 3 minutes so 1 runway closed means die cock stand for Changi Airpork yearly growth liao
