Those currently in the PI or planning to visit in the coming weeks please be advised to stay on the sidelines and not get involved in the pro-duerte / anti-duerte protests. Although the demonstrations are mainly in Manila at the moment..... there are plans to expand the protests nationwide and expect some to resort to violence.... maybe with firearms. Do not get involved and be safe.
