I made the mistake of using my Genting points and was given a room at the Remington hotel which was part of the RWM. The hotel was old and room was tiny and smelt. Shower was mostly cold as the hot water supply was intermittent and available only certain hours. Request to change room was met with sarcastic remarks and foot dragging that I cancelled my free room and moved to another hotel after I shoot out a nasty email to the RW management. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. But received a pleasant surprise some weeks later as they refunded my points + 2 complimentary tickets to Universal Studios Singapore.

P.S - There is a bar inside the Remington hotel where a former JAV porn actress is always around there. Heard that she is a part owner /mamasan there. Although MILF now she is still sexy.
