i doubt so, i do think some apt are more susceptible, due to layout and exact location, track record etc. but old one don't go, new one won't come

AV is just helping us with the renewal process to ensure we have new stock

It is already "condemned" so as to speak by the government as it's a designated red-light area. Authorities more likely to close one eye on what's going on there and they rather raid the city area or heartlands.

Not saying that Geylang is impervious to AV, but it might be slighty safer than other areas.
