Maybe now the emphasis is on cigarettes and so many customs offcers also just close one eye on DVDs. Also if only about 10 pcs, maybe the custom officer just too lazy to make a report so just let you go. There is still a risk factor involved.  |
Agree. Besides the censurship issues, the DVDs are also violating the individual Intellectual Property (IP) of the flim companies. The fines for these IP violations are much more than the censurship fines I think.
