well... days passed. i did not really think about her. she just wasn't on my mind.
i needed to call a customer of mine. and i just scroll through my past calls list and saw 2 numbers that i did not recognize. back then was the nokia period. so i just called the first one. and a girl picked up.

she picked up. lets call her yk.

yk: hello

me: who is this, i saw this number on phone.

yk: im sorry maybe you got the wrong number.

that was when i recognize the japanese accent.

me: hey yk, sorry its me. i just realised that this is you. i was wondering who's number i dialed a few days back. sorry didnt mean to bother you.

yk: hey yes i remembered. thanks for your phone that night. how are you. sorry im a bit busy right now. call you back later?

me: yea sure. no problem.

i was not really interested in carrying on the conversation. we did chat that evening few days back. but it was not anything meaningful to me. anyway i thought it was her way to end the conversation since i made a sudden call and we had nothing to chat about.

a few hours later that day, i received a sms. it was from YK. "sorry i couldn't talk just now. i'm glad you called.. it was nice to hear from you again."
