To help u clear yr confusion bro...he gets nothing of value...the points hv no monetary value at all...can't use them to exchange for cash or NTUC vouchers... it's more just to pai swee only like soldiers returning from war r decorated with medals on their uniforms for their bravery in war, looks nice...however the points does show how friendly n sociable u r in here n r required by some bros to exchange for photos or to trade any other things that r in demand in here as an indication of their trustworthiness...hope this clarifies
