You are one of the rather few good men.
While bad as a married man to impregnant another woman that you couldn't marry so that she and the child could be legitimate, you at least offered financial support.
Life is never fair. Your three children have a daddy they know and can run to, the 4th might never know, even if know, also will not be able to lean on.
Respect that ML who is responsible enough to keep the child.
