Different incidents, different hurt, different people, different ways. because everyone also has their own standard of recovery. The same method may not work for different people. Definitely take the time to enjoy the healing process until it's finished so as not to leave the trauma behind.
This is what I did, just trying to live 1 day 1 that time until without me realizing it I had moved on.
