Norice, May i suggest you spend New Years Eve in AC. I was there 4 years ago and have not missed a New Years Eve celebration since then. The fireworks sessions are fantastic and the atmosphere great. Of course its like a war zone and be prepared for rockets to be shot at you and crackers going off near your feet as you walk Fields Avenue.
I will fly to AC later today and be there till 15th. Then Cebu from 22 to 29 Sep.
