To each his own...... I've never been really comfortable in Pattaya tats why I prefer to cheong Bangkok, Hatyai, Danok.
I oso like Chiangmai for the relaxing lifestyle and atmosphere and the friendly hilltribe gals of the golden triangle....... but going to Pattaya doesn't give me that "feel good" factor.
My current favourite playground is Angeles.
