From my experience going in and out of Jkt, the Jkt girls are mainly friendly, if you invest enough time, (not gifts), you can get "free meals" and follow-ups with every visit. of course u have to treat them nice and invite them to S'pore now and then to keep the going warm.
I do both, i.e. pay for services at times where the friends are not available or having RED.
