Weather is cool and dry. Crowd for a Friday night is good. Plenty of armed police around.

Exchange rate S$1= 33.50p at Zenny.

If you have a prepaid card and you leaving Philippines and will not be back within 3 months, then pasaload your balance to whoever you feel deserving. It's going to expire even though the sim will be alive about 6 months after load expires.

Smart pasaload is to sms number space amount and send to 808. Sun is by sms amount space number and send to 2292. Of cos you can use the load in Singapore if its roaming but that's not value for money.
