Golf in Jakarta is fun and cheap on Monday.
For a first timer you could try Stadium and Travel hotel.
Most people would go wrong going there for the first time.

Same advice, but it would depend on the location you will be staying. Traffic is quite bad. Getting from one side of the city to the other could take as long as 3 hours for a 4KM strip in prime hours.
