He has been known to travel to other places to persuade other cheongsters to visit vietnam and use his services. He is fluent in vietnamese and smooth talker and uses many nicks here.
Maybe I can get some of the seniors who has his pics to post it here to warn the others not to fall for his scams. Anyway I have not met him personally and has only seen his pics from the other bros.

I joined SBF in 2005 with the nick 'Raverboy'. I have been on ISG since before that, with the same nick. I was put in moderation by this board because of profanities in zapping the very scammer you think I am, and his clones. I reincarnated myself as Singkieu, which is a play on the words 'Singapore' and 'Viet Kieu'.
I am an expatriate in HCMC working for a US-based multinational corporation. I visit my home in Singapore every 6 weeks or so.
Seniors on the HCMC thread know me as someone who does not bother with taking newbies around, prefering to meet only with a select few senior members from the HCMC thread, whom I met for the first time in 2008, when I first came to Vietnam.
Now that I've introduced myself, I expect some reciprocity.
And yes, please post some pics of the 'Toad' for all to see.
