I think it is pretty obvious which party the PRC's message is targeted at. It is obviously not those who frequent gl for the occasional sex but those who got entrenched by these nightlife and pay a huge sum of money either to feed their "mistress" or to buy extravagant gifts for them till they lose their life savings. lets vow not to go down this path of no return!
