Today I went to check my balance at GZ citibank n made a comparison computation. Results were out of my expectation.
Exchange rate at Zeny's Money changer 1 Yuan = 6.55 pesos
Exchange rate for citibank pesos withdrawal 1 Yuan = 6.7 pesos
Citibank atm withdrawal is 2.3% better than cash exchange at Zeny's.
Defnitely bringing minimum cash to AC for the rest of my trips.

Yup, you can finally join the club as if you had read some of my older post as I had posted many times the benefits of having to use the Citi ATM in AC.
Not only do you come out slightly ahead with the rates as it will be based on the intl exchange rate at the time of withdraw (Zeny will charge a very small commission as they need that to stay in business).
But as I had posted before on this, the main benefit (and the ONLY reason I do this) is that I don't need to carry too much cash entering or leaving the country. All I need is my ATM card (and little bit of cash for backup) and also my credit card (for real emergencies when all else fails--remember that ATM cards can fail when you need it most). All the cards can be replaced but not the cash.
I know, some have said the walk to Citi ATM is too long and too hot etc etc. But those that knows me will also know that it will be a good excuse for my daily stroll (walkabout).
Peace all
