cos that area, you need a bit of luck to get honest cab driver.
especially in the evening... it's better than not going back at all

the last time, we act dump like a 1st time in Indonesia and dunno about the "rules"... you know I mean by "rules"
refuse to speak Bahasa Indonesia...
Polisi : "You from Singapore ? Lee Kwan Yew ? bisa speak Bahasa Indonesia ?"
Moon : "Err.. ya.. We from Singapore. You Suharto ? can speak Mandarin ?"
Polisi : " Sekit...Sekit...."
Didn't know we're talking to the chief, until we were surrounded by 7-10 more polisi. After some " Sekit Sekit.. Sedikit Sedikit..." H e let us go.
We didn't pay anything... cos my local friends refuse as it's his principle
